Value for money

The room was big, extra large double bed. The onsen bath was big too, big enough for 2adults with space. Good location, about 5min walk from railway station. Taiwanese style daily breakfast provided, but don't expect too much.

The hotel was clean but a bit dated. The room lighting was controlled by panel, so need some time to test out which is which.

staffs extremely friendly and helpful, room is very clean, bed very comfortable, location good, eatery everywhere, hot spring tub very big and great place to stay

Good location near the centre of Jiaoxi. Room is large. Nothing much else to praise.

The property is dated and tired. There are newer properties nearby for the same price point.

Friendlyish staff and central location

Room is showing their age. Probably needs a refresh. When we were there, we could smell other tenants smoking in their room. Requested for a change of room which the staff agreed. Supposedly to be a non smoking hotel... so......

1. Breakfast spread is the same everyday. 2. Limited parking. Staff at the night shift gives unempathetic instructions on making u-turns at the hotel backyard when it was near to impossible to do so with a 9-seater MPV.

Good but discontented somewhat

Clean & neat, amicable staffs, excellent location!

there is one thing got me confused somewhat. We contemplated getting the prolonged time by last day as our flight back to FR was late evening. The staff indicated to ring them before check out and they will assist us accordingly. We did one day beforehand in the evening. Night shift staffs said nope to us and only offered 1 hour extension but we needed at least 3-4 hours. Next morning last day, we went out for brunch and I asked the staff again (different staffs) and she said yes to us, we got total 3 hours eventually thanks to her!!! Funny is it seems there are two different policies in the evening and morning?? Kinda a bit unpleasant and perhaps we’ll have to find another hotel next time instead... I did like this hotel a lot and been there several times but this time... uh... not very much.
